Rates per Room per night for 2008
1)A Large Double en suite overlooking Marina @ £65.00 per night.
2)A Large Spacious Double overlooking the West Harbour @ £65.00 per night with private bathroom adjoining.
3)A Large Twin overlooking the Marina @£65.00 per night.
4)A Standard Twin overlooking rear garden and Bird feeding areas @ £60.00 per night.
The twin rooms have a full sized bathroom with a seperate large shower which may have to be shared when all rooms are occupied and all rooms have coffee/tea making facilities and colour T.V.
Prices include a Full Welsh Breakfast or Vegeterian alternative and private parking in front of the property.
Both twin rooms can be booked for single occupancy between Monday- Thursday nights @ £45.00 per night.
A single put up bed is available for Rooms 1 and 2 for 3rd person/child at £15.00.
Payment by Cash/Cheque only, as no facility for cards at present.
A deposit of 50% is required for bookings and will be non-refundable unless rooms can be relet accordingly.
Arrival after 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am unless by prior arrangement.
